UK Delivery
Standard Shipping
We will despatch your order using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD delivery service. We aim for your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.
If you are likely to be out when your order is due to be delivered, we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
Shipping charges for Standard Delivery are based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Express Shipping
We will despatch your order using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD delivery service. We aim for your order to be delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us.
If you are likely to be out when your order is due to be delivered, we suggest you give an alternative delivery address, such as a work address.
Shipping charges for Express Delivery are based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Next Day Shipping (excluding Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays)
We will despatch your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Parcelforce24 delivery service. Orders are to be placed by 3pm the day before for us to guarantee next day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not be processed for next day delivery until the following Monday(excluding Bank Holidays).

Shipping charges for Next Day Delivery are based on the weight and size of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Overseas Delivery
We will despatch your order using Royal Mail Overseas delivery services.
We aim for your order to be delivered within 7- 20 working days from dispatch.
The costs for your delivery using Royal Mail is calculated on weight and therefore will be available to you upon checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be.
Pickup at Store
We can offer pickup from us at our shop at 38 Earlswood Drive, Edwalton, Nottingham NG12 4AZ this is available between 9am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm Saturday.

Undeliverable Packages
In the event that your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery or a refund. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
